This is an open show representing SW Colorado, the San Juan Mountain mining and railroad history.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Artists (in all mediums) • Photographers
• Speakers & Program Presenters on regional railroads and related history
TO EXHIBIT, SHOW, OR SELL*
2D and 3D artwork and photography
• Historical photographs of San Juan Mountain mining towns served by narrow gauge railroads
• Minerals to exhibit or sell • Mineral jewelry to show and sell in gift shop
• Recordings (CD/DVD/USB) of original railroad songs and music
* Certain work, as applicable, may be for exhibit only and marked NFS (not for sale)

Entry Form: Narrow Gauge Railroads  July 2-29, 2021

Share your interpretations of our historic, Narrow Gauge Railroads that served the San Juan Mountain Region during the mining days.

THREE WAYS TO ENTER
#1. Online. Complete Online Entry Form below and submit it, which will include your online payment when you submit the form.
#2. In Person. Download the printed Narrow Gauge Call for Entries  PDF form, complete it, and bring it, with your check payment to the Art Center, 11 S. Park Ave., Montrose.
#3. By Mail. Download the printed Narrow Gauge Call for Entries  PDF form, complete it, and mail it with your check payment to: MCA, PO Box 1916, Montrose CO 81402.

EXHIBIT RULES
• One entry per person. Entry Fee $25 members. $30 non-members.
• All art forms: painting, sculpture, metal, photography, leather, wood, pottery, ceramic, fiber, and more. (You decide).
• Wall art must have wire on back for hanging.
• All art ust be labeled on back/bottom with artist’s name, medium, title, and price.
• MCA reserves the right to return any entry it deem inappropriate according to MCA standards.
• All sales: 70% Artist / 30% MCA.
• No substitutions after entry submitted.
• If submission is not for sale, clearly mark NFS on your submission form as well as on the back of the item.
