Entry Form: Wine & Roses Show

Expressions of romance in figures, still life, landscape, in your favorite or experimental art form or medium.

• One entry per person. $15 one artwork, $20 two artworks.
• All art forms acceptable.
• Wall art requirement: wire on back for hanging.
– 1st piece must not exceed 30″ on longest side, including frame.
– 2nd piece no larger than 24″ on longest side, including frame.
• Art must be labeled on the back with artists’ name, medium, title, and price.
• Art sales will be 70% to artist, 30% to MCA.
• No substitutions after entry submitted.

• Monday, January 25. Entry Deadline
• Saturday, January 30. Delivery of Artwork, 11 am – 4 pm
• Friday, February 5. Show Opening 5 – 7 pm
• Saturday, February 27. Pick up artwork 10 am – 1 pm

Neither Montrose Center for the Arts (MCA), nor its officers, board members, volunteers, nor any receiving or leasing agent will be liable for loss or damage to any art work submitted to this exhibition. MCA will insure and provide security for consigned works against loss, theft, damage, and destruction according to MCA's policy of Insurance with Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company while on the premises of the Art Center and until the item is sold or picked up by the Artist. It is recommended that the artist also include al artwork in his/her personal insurance coverage. Permission is granted to photograph artist's artwork to be used for publicity or educational purposes at the discretion of MCA. By submitting artwork to this exhibit, the artist agrees to conditions set forth in this entry form.
