Jodine Broscovak. Prior to graduation from the Colorado Institute of Art, (CIA), Jodine’s career in watercolor began with studies at Denver University, master watercolorists from across the USA, and summer watercolor camps in Pacific Grove, CA. She held classes for Guiry’s Art Supply, and conducted demonstrations for former sponsor, Speedball, and other art product companies in Denver. During her tenure as a student in graphic design at CIA, she was invited to serve as the watercolor instructor in the adult education program which continued for sixteen years. Upon relocating to Montrose, CO, in 2008. Jodine conducted weekly recreational art classes in watercolor at the club at Cobble Creek. She currently teaches watercolor at MCA and continues to enjoy the mystery and “happy accidents” of watercolor while leading her students along its path of magic and discovery.
